Motorcycle parking is ₱200 and car parking is ₱300 per night/stay. Spaces are shared parking around the building and are rented from other owners. Please arrange parking with us before arrival; availability needs to be confirmed.

Our rates are listed above for 12-hour and 22-hour stays. Message us for your group’s total, or check your selected dates and final price on Airbnb. Availability and booking confirmation are handled through your chosen booking channel.

For a 22-hour stay, check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM the next day. Confirm 12-hour timings with us. The recommended maximum is 6 guests total, including children. A refundable security deposit is required at check-in; please confirm its amount and the full house rules before booking.

No. Our security cameras are outside the unit, monitoring the front entrance with 24/7 recording. A monitor inside lets you view the entrance; it is a display for the outside camera feed.

The smart door sensor sounds a chime when the door opens or closes and provides a reminder if it is left open. It connects with Alexa for voice alerts and a welcome greeting. Door activity is also logged in the sensor’s app.

Yes. You can ask Alexa for music, weather updates, news, or an alarm. The speaker also connects to the unit’s smart devices and can greet you when you check in.

Our guest guide outlines three options: a ride-hailing service, a direct tricycle from the Urban Deca Homes main gate, or a jeepney followed by a tricycle.

For the jeepney route, walk to the main gate, take a jeepney bound for Bocaue, Balagtas, or Malolos, and alight at Puregold Bocaue. From there, ask a tricycle driver about a ride to Philippine Arena and agree on the fare before boarding.

Confirm transport availability, fares, and event-day access before travelling. Allow plenty of extra time for concert traffic and plan your return trip. Bring small bills for local transport.
